  My husband and I went in Friday April the 13th and At first the owner and Lorenzo were really helpful with making the process of trading in a motorcycle for another bike real simple, obviously since we were purchasing something from the dealership. The motorcycle we traded in we took off a mirror and the spare key was at home and the manual was somewhere at home as well. We let the manager know for sure we had the mirror and the spare key. We told him we needed a couple days to look for the manual he said that was good that was not a problem that he would write us a check for the three items missing once we returned them but only gave us one week that week ends today. We took back the manual Tuesday and to our surprise he said it was too late the deal had closed out that day when my husband gave him the mirror and spare key. That is not what he had initially told us! I then spoke to the owner on the phone today (Friday) and he was completely rude!
